The Dangers Of Nutritional Products

What is nutrition? Everyone needs nutrition to survive. It basically is the food and drinks you need to consume to live, and can be summarized in three steps:

1. The consuming of food and drinks

2. The breaking down of the food and drinks into nutrients

3. And the traveling of the nutrients into different parts of your body.

This process is repeated again and again as you consume food and drinks. The amount of nutrition and how/if you get healthier depends on the foods that you choose, the foods that are suitable for you (different people have different limits, need a different amount of nutrition, need a different amount of energy), and the foods that are healthy (such as the right amount of fruits and vegetables, grain, meat, beans, etc.).

You're probably wondering, "How will I know if I'm nutritious and healthy?" Here are some signs that you can look out for (after consuming nutritional products):

1. Nausea. If you are nauseated, it is best to call a doctor and tell them what you ate before you were nauseated, what you did before you were nauseated, is there anything the doctor should know, such as (irregular) temper control issues, sudden urges, etc. before the nausea. Some nutritional products cause nausea if overdosed.

2. Dizziness. It is best to lean against a wall or sit down when you feel dizzy, so when you loose consciousness, you do not hit your head on the ground (and loose brain cells). After that, even if you feel good, you should go to the doctor (ask about nutritional products) just in case there are any follow-up sicknesses.

3. Headaches. Headaches are often confused with dizziness, but are actually two different things. Headaches are often described as "pounding", and dizziness is often described as "the world is spinning". Nutritional products are unlikely to cause headaches by itself, but when some nutritional products are combined with something else (e.g. sun), headaches are possible.

4. Weight loss. Weight loss is usually an overdose of vitamin D, and you may need to schedule a check up with your doctor to see which nutritional products you should be consuming in the future.

5. Poor appetite. Poor appetite may also be an overdose of vitamin D (or another nutritional product), and a check up with your doctor should be scheduled. NOTE: THIS MAY BE DANGEROUS TO BULIMIC PEOPLE.

6. Weakness. The first thing you should do is lean against a wall or sit down/lie down, in case you loose consciousness, you do not also loose brain cells. After, ask your doctor which nutritional products you should use.

However, if nutritional products are used correctly, they can actually boast your health. It is scientifically proven that regular intake of fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, C, D, and E help prevent cancer or slow down cancer, depending on how fast the cancer is spreading. Some of our daily items are also sources of vitamins. The sun, for example, contains vitamin D in its UV (ultra violet) rays.

Remember: Be healthy, take nutritional products, and have fun while you're at it!
