Women are faced with more problems than anything else. Women have to worry about their weight, their looks, their family, and everything else from work to playing with friends. Only 7% of women out there are healthy, meaning not skipping meals, eating their full meals, etc. The other 93% are always skipping meals, exercising, and getting sick. 1. Ginger- Helps lessen the severity of nausea, motion sickness, chemo-therapy induced nausea, and pregnancy sickness (before, during, and after pregnancy). One or two 500 mg powdered ginger capsules every four hours. Ginger capsules may also be taken as a food, and 1-inch square slice of ginger that equals to 500 mg is the same thing.

2. Ginkgo Biloba- Helps restore memory, boast memory and concentration, reduce vertigo symptoms, aid in dementia treatments, aid in tinnitus (the ringing in ears) treatments, and possibility Alzheimer's disease. 120 mg of 50:1 extract, divided into two to three doses a day. *May cause headaches, or skin reactions (rarely). CAUTION: SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN BY PREGNANT WOMEN, OR WITH BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION SUCH AS ASPIRIN!! IF TAKING SURGERY, MUST BE STOPPED AT LEAST 36 hours BEFORE!

3. Vitamin D- Strengthens bones, helps prevent osteoporosis, may prevent some cancer, lower risk of rheumatoid arthritis, may protect vision and PMS symptoms. If ages 19-50 and pregnant, 200 IU, if 51-70, 400 IU, if over 70, 600-800 IU. Vitamins may be replaced with these foods: Salmon, sardine, milk, soy milk, juice, cereal, and egg yolk (egg yolks maximum TWO per days).

4. Vitamin E- An antioxidant. May prevent cancer, memory loss, heart disease, and cataracts (gradual blurring of vision). 30 IU, but up to 400 IU is safe, and may be beneficial. May be replaced with wheat germ, spinach, most nuts (e.g. hazel nuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.), and safflower oil.

5. Vitamin K- Helps blood clotting, boasts bones, and may prevent heart disease risk. 90 mcg should be taken. May be replaced with leafy, green vegetables.

6. Vitamin C- An antioxidant. Maintains tissue, heals, boasts immunity. May prevent or reduce the risks of sun damage, cataracts, cancer, heart disease, and damage from second hand smoke. 75 mg for regular people, 110 mg for smokers, 120 mg for breast feeding, and 85 mg for pregnancy.
